App will not launch

I just downloaded this app and it "unexpectedly quit" upon launch!

It says that it is compatable with OS X 10.6.6 or later, and I am running 10.7.5 however after looking at their website it says it is compatible with 10.8 and later.

I request either a refund of my $20 or a link with a version of the software that will run on my machine.
